Can you disable delete reply to customer comments?

Hello,

Can you allow editing of your own internal comments but disable editing or deletion of replies to customer comments?

From what I can see an internal note and customer replies both fall under the comments section and are not seperated.

Is that right?

Hi @Harry Bob I'm afraid you are right, both things are comments and can't split those permissions as you desire
