Can you create your own request type templates?

So I'm creating some new request types in a software project, I see the option to use a template, and these are great, but we did this in another project and then customised the form and a few other bits, can we create our own template to use in another project?

At this time, I can tell you that you are not alone in wanting this behavior. We have an existing Feature Request listed under JRACLOUD-7020 which is a highly voted for feature. I suggest you add a Vote as well and add yourself as a watcher to keep updated.

In the meantime, the best way to reduce the amount of individual configurations you need to make is by using Company Managed Projects.

With company-managed projects, you can utilize schemes to setup configurations to your permission, notifications, workflows, etc. to reduce having to individually configure each project as a whole when creating new projects.
