Can you copy a permission scheme to the sandbox?

Hi,

Is it possible to copy a permission scheme from Jira SM project to the sandbox without moving all the project issues over? i.e. Just copy over the workflows etc?

That is not possible currently with the native Copy Data to Sandbox feature.

It may be possible with a third party app. Are you open to considering a third party app?
