Can't get Java API plugin to work?

Everytime I try to utilize any of the Java API in my plugin, my plugin will never deploy despite me correcting all of the atlas-run errors.

It keeps saying that I'm missing the following service dependencies:

&jiraFailedPluginTracker of type(&(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.JiraFailedPluginTracker)(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.JiraFailedPluginTracker)

&jiraPluginSystemListener of type(&(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.JiraPluginSystemListener)(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.JiraPluginSystemListener)

&jiraPluginManager of type(&(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.JiraPluginManager)(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.JiraPluginManager)

&pluginRegistry type(&(objectClass=com.atlassian.plugin.PluginRegistry)(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.PluginRegistry)

&pluginPersistentStateStoretype(&(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.PluginPersistentStateStore)(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.PluginPersistentStateStore)

&pluginVersionStore(&(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.PluginVersionStore)(objectClass=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.PluginVersionStore)

How do I fix this? This happens anytime I try to use the Java API.
