Can't change component?!?!?!

When trying to change a component in any ticket, it changes for a couple of seconds, then reverts back the component that was originally selected.  

I've never had this happen before today.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Is this a bug?

Hi @Kristen Bond , welcome on the community. Can you check "history" tab on your issue detail? Is there any record that component was changed back?

Well, i feel like an idiot now, bc the history is saying it's my automation!  doh! thanks!!!
