Can I setting Sprint name as my format?

Hi, 

I want to setting my sprint name as format

* A1

* A2

* B1

* B2 

How can it possible to set as this format?

Simply rename the sprint name to "A1".

Then It will counting up to A2 A3 A4.... 

And the prefix still be "A" right ?

I'm afraid I don't think that there is a solution for you - generally Jira expects a sprint name that can be incremented i.e. Sprint1, Sprint2, Sprint3 ...

You will probably need to rename the sprint each time.

@Pakamon TreesuwanYes. Normally organisations have a fixed format of naming sprints and they have fixed "pre-fix".

In your case if you want to have different pre-fix like A, B... then you need to rename the sprint each time.
