We are a web development shop, trying to figure out the best way to manage several websites in production at one time using JIRA. It seems logical to have each website be it's own project, but may we work several projects during one sprint?
Yes. A board filter can say things like "Project in (X, Y, Z)", and your suggestion of "one project per website" is a very sensible approach.
