Can I have different priority levels for the Service and Software applications?

I don't particularly want my sprints to use the same priority choices that we use to track SLAs in our ticketing system.  Is there any way to separate them?

It is not implemented in Jira Cloud. There is an open ticket JRACLOUD-3821
