Call alert notification to agents mobile when a critical ticket is created

Hi Experts,

I am looking for a feature in Jira Service Desk(Cloud), where the support team/agents get a notification via a call on their mobile device when a critical priority ticket is created?

Did you tired OpsGenie?

It is included in all plans so you should be able to start using it

OpsGenie is included from the Premium version onwards, got this info from Jira support team. Thanks for the information, this helped.

Do we should have both Jira service management and opsgenie aswell subscription?. Can you please clarify

My requirement is when a ticket is created in Jira service management, there should be an Email notification and call notification to the mobile number. is that possible? can you please guide me
