CSV Import: Created Custom Fields and Jumped the Sequence Number 10 K

Question

Hi,

I did CSV Import with Issue Key and ID for 4 Different projects in our Instance.

1. Jira automatically Created 4 Custom Fields as " External issue ID" for the 4 projects

2. Jira Issue Sequence Number Jumped 10 K for Only one project but not for all the projects

3. Now, While Doing the Issue Move/Transfer between these 4 projects Jira asking users to enter the External issue ID.

Is there a way to fix these Jira Bugs?

Resolution:

1. Jira Bug in CSV import

2. No Answer

3. Support fixed By hiding it. or User Can delete them if they want.
