CAN`T CHANGE ASSIGNEE AT AUTOMATION RULE

Hi, i try change the assignee user, but it's waiting for a long time and doesn't matters.

You may need to ensure that the user you are trying to find has the "Assignable User" permission for the project.

no user is showed, even when is a new rule.
