By default, displaying all the custom fields

Corinne Guibert June 17, 2024

Hello

I'm defining projects with customer fields in it.  However, by default, these custom fields are hidden, which is not good from a user experience, especially because non-technical guys are going to use Jira  (so they definitively are not at ease with this kind of software).

Is there a way to configure for a specific project, that all field must appear by default ?

Hi @Corinne Guibert ,

it is a personal setting and, for my knowledge, it can't be managed for project basis. There a request to allow admin to define that setting https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-83607

Hope this helps,

Fabio

Hello @Fabio Racobaldo _Herzum_

Thanks for pointing this request to me. I read the comment in the ticket and I'm not the only one who would like to get rid of this "hidding feature"
