Burndown not showing points for one task

I had two tickets that rolled over to the next sprint when I closed the first one. Both tickets are of the same type, same board, same project, have the same estimation of 2 points and both have been Verified in the new sprint and Verified is the last column in the board (tickets were verified on the same day and there was no configuration change). After exporting all fields to csv I see the following information:

  • Custom field (Story Points) = 2
  • Status = Verified
  • Resolution = Fixed

However, the points show as 0 for one of the tasks in the burndown ("Increase" column). The other one showed fine as 2.

And even if both tickets moved to Verified during the new sprint, only one of them shows as "Issue Completed". There's no additional entry in the burndown for the one that shows as 0.

Any help explaining how to resolve this is appreciated. I'm expecting both tasks to show with 2 points and both tasks changing to "Issue Completed" with the "Decrease" column showing the 2 points for each task in the burndown.
