Bug and Issue Tracking Workflow

Hi there,

Hope someone can help. Does anyone have good workflow for bug and issue tracking that I would be able to utilise as I learn the platform?

The generic one given in bug tracking template just isnt enough and not yet mastered the how to to be able to flesh out my own. I know i want something like this:

While I do not have a workflow which meets your needs in my own test sites, I do hope that someone might be able to share one that meets your needs.
