Automatically log in to Jira from our help icon...

Is there a way for our customers to click on the help icon in our app and automatically be logged in to Jira without an account? We are trying to make it as easy as possible for them to reach our support portal to submit tickets and search for help articles.

Hi @Alice Pyle ,

It's a bit contradictory "log in without an account" but I get your gist :)

You can open up your portal to be public (although then it is public to all) this way they can send calls anonymous or at least without having to log on.
