Hi,
I'd like to know if is possible configure Jira to automatically create a ticket or comments on and existing one based on incoming messages received by a Distribution List, unfortunately I cannot create a mailbox.
in System > Mail > Incoming Mail I can only find Add incoming mail server but how do I set this up for DLs?

Distribution lists are not email inboxes, so they can't be used like this.
Best you can do is have a dummy user/email who is a member of the list, so that they get emailed when the list is poked.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
