Attached images are not loading

I don't know if this is a new problem or an old problem.  I see people have had similar issues in 2020 and 2018, but the error messages are different.

 

First, when I view a ticket, all the attached images (screenshots, etc) spin load for a long time. Then they finally end up  with 'Preview unavailable' on them.

They seem to load correctly if I login to Jira in an Incognito browser.  But clearing all cookies and caches from Chrome and logging into Jira in a regular browser doesn't fix the issue.2024-09-23_08-50.png2024-09-23_08-51.png

No I haven't.  This is happening to my colleagues as well.

I have found a fix for this. I basically download all the image attachments and re-attach them back to the ticket.

This is obviously not a long-term solution and was wondering if you're aware of any issues at your end?

I'm having the same issue.  Our attachments have intermittently stopped working, often at inopportune times.  Unfortunately, I'm not able to download the attachments.
