Has anyone imported Assets and needed it all to link all the objects. I currently imported in our sandbox but the Users and computers and other objects are not linking in the Linked Objects. Any suggestions on automations or the schema config?

It is a CSV with Name,Email,User Principal Name and serial numbers. When we upload it is creating different objects. We need the data from one Object to carry over from another so that the objects links reflect the same data

Hi @Alonzo Kennedy @Alonzo Kennedy
You will need to create reference attributes on your objects.
References are needed ti link information from one object to another object.

Do you happen to know if you can create these References if it is coming in from an external connector like JAMF @Marc - Devoteam

HI @Alonzo Kennedy @Alonzo Kennedy
Then this needs to be specified in the import configuration you use and the attributers need to be made available on the object types.
If you already imported it, you can create the attributes and update the import config and import file (if needed) and import the information again.
Otherwise manual action is the only option.

Hello @Alonzo Kennedy
From what source are you importing the data? Is this a migration between Jira instances?
What tools/apps/processes are you using to import the data?

Hello. @Trudy Claspill
it is a CSV import from JAMF and INTUNE. We did the import into Assets in jira but some of the data is not linking in the object links.
