'Advanced issue search' is missing the filters

Nastya Pereverzieva August 16, 2022

See the screenshot

Screenshot 2022-08-17 at 09.49.18.png

I used to have filter options instead of empty space.

Also, none of actions below the header is working (share, export, kebab-menu). Nothing happens on click

Devtools Console has one error

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set properties of null
(setting '_validateClickToClose') at Object._initShareDialog

Does anyone aware of what's going on?

Thanks in advance!

@michele You are right! Just installed the latest Chrome updates and Jira filters are finally back!

Thanks for your comment!

Hi Everyone 👋

After further investigation, we have found that this issue is related to a recent Chrome experiment that was behind a feature flag. The spec for the experiment has since been changed in a way that no longer conflicts with Jira.

In order to use Issue Navigator, you will need to either...

  1. Upgrade your Chrome/Chromium-based browser to v105 or newer
  2. If you are unable to upgrade for any reason, you will instead need to disable the Experimental Web Platform features falg (chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features) until you are able to upgrade your browser
