Add zohodesk email

I need to add support@360degreeapps.zohodesk.com email in project. But it shows an error that invite can not be send .

Can you please assist this issue.

Can you check if the user has product access?

If the user is not added to product access then project access cant be granted. 

To check the project access please go to the site and click on the user management from Gear button (next to the Profile icon on the right side) It navigates to the admin page and then checks the user from user section or user under the directory search if the user exists there?

If the user doesn't exist then add the user to the product and then try adding user from project permission.
