A user can´t view the history of issues when try of view in user mode

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

When a user try to search the old issues created, it don't appear, but when I search this issues in the admin mode this appear without problems.

In the print screen appear just one ticket 

image.pngBut if I search in the admin mode the user have 46 issues created.
