I do have one Admin Jira Account associated with mail id. The mail id was deactivated long back, still i can login Jira with that mail id. But now, its sending 8 digit verification code to that mail id. I dont have that mail now. What is the solution here.? and that's only the admin account.

While I cannot do this myself, someone from our customer advocate team should be able to help you there.

No help on those 2 points. I am the site admin. "If you need technical support, ask your site admin to file a request on your behalf."
Where to file a request. ? and this is a major issue. i am clueless now.
Can't even able to use the product now, and i dont see any other option to stop the 2FA.
Atlassian needs to be look into this on Prioriy Basis
