XRay Test Execution Report

How do i get a detailed Test case execution report in the following format.

Test Plan ->  Number of Test cases under the Test plan -> detailed execution status of each test cases (Pass, Failed, Block, To Do, In-progress) along with the defect details and target completion date of each test. In addition overall Test plan execution percentage.

The report i'm looking for is provided her in the X-Ray documentation for Server+DC, however this doesn't seem to be available in Cloud.
