Hello,

I have been working with jira for the past year and a half, I get around quite well.

I want to get ACP-500 but the problem is I never installed jira instance on my own.

Can someone give me some advice?

What I wanna do is manage the complete instance on my own troubleshooting, scale, monitor, especially the part how to optimize DB to work faster, I constantly make changes, add custom fields, multiple(over 10) service desks, slack webhooks, filters, boards, etc..

And I noticed that jira I slowing down, the VM I quite strong so that is not the issue.

Any advice where to start what to learn to be capable to do all this on my own? Do I need to start with SQL or?

I know I can't learn it over night...

All the advice and guidelines are welcome
