How to receive Jira push notifications in the desktop browser?
Currently, Atlassian does not provide support for push notifications in the browser for Jira Software, Jira Service Management agents , or JSM portal customers.
Using the application Browser Notifications for Portal Customers you have the ability to enable push browser notifications for all the events. Supported browsers are Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
With a simple configuration and just a few clicks, you'll be able to give the application browser permission to send push notifications.
