How to get company domain jira DB connection details.

Hi,

I need to connect jira Data base to get Issue details for metrics capture. How can I get connection strings & table details for my company jira domain.

JIRA api is not support to get more than 1000 issues.

Please Guide me here .

I presume you want to either bump issue limit from https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/filter-export-only-contains-1000-issues-in-jira-server-191500982.html or use workaround (and the workaround2 only) from https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/export-over-1000-results-to-excel-from-jira-cloud-779160833.html

You will not find what you think you will find in the database.

There is no hardcoded limitation preventing you from using excel or REST to get the data you are looking for.

Why are you trying to download all the issue data when all you are looking for is "metrics".  Jira can easily give you metrics on issues returned by searches that give you more than a thousand results.

Could you explain what you are actually trying to report on?
