Go back to a particular point in time wrt workflow.

We changed a existing workflow to a new one, But it messed up the status of the all the bugs . All the resolved and closed bugs went in to TODO mode. 

I would like to know if we can go to the original workflow and get all the bugs to the exact state they where at say 8AM today ?

That is not possible unless you took a backup of the workflow before saving a new one.
