restrict the share option

Hi,

I am looking for a way to restrict the share option in the customer interface to certain groups.
I do NOT work with organizations. Does anyone know of a way?

Thanks in advance

Hi @heike siegert ,

are u talking about "share" in a JIRA Service Desk project or a standard share button at issue level in JIRA Work Management/JIRA Software project?

If you are in JSM Project :

  1. From your service project, go to Project settings > Customer permissions.

  2. Under Service project access, select who can access the help center and send requests.

  3. Under Customer sharing, select who customers can share requests with.

  4. Select Save.

BTW You can not limit share to specific groups
