One of our users on a team-managed business project cannot use the @ funtionality to mention a colleague in their comments. No drop down list appears for them.
It looks like they have the correct permissions, access, role, groups. What could be causing this?
@rachel_shepherd Can you check if this user is added to "Browse user and group" permission under Settings > System > Global permissions? if not, can you add and check the behavior?
For some reason they were the only one missing! Fixed now. Thank you
