as admin I Can't edit summary, board, timeline, ... in a Jira Work Management Project

Hi everyone,

I'm in trouble with a Jira Work Management Project.

I created the project as company managed

I'm Jira ORG&SITE Admin

But when I try to config any tab from "Summary" to "Apps" a block page appears to say me I don't have the permission.

I have also admin permission of the JWM Project.

Any idea? Do someone of you deal with this problem?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you able to edit issues in other projects?

If not then this suggests that you have not been granted Product Access for the Jira product. Being an Organization and Site Admin does not automatically grant you product access, but Site Admin would give you access to create a project.

As an Organization admin you should be able to go to https://admin.atlassian.com, drill into the Site, bring up your own User Record, and see if you have product access.

Alternately, the Permission Scheme for this particular project is broken. Are you familiar with Permission Schemes for Company Managed projects? Refer to this document for more information, and let us know if anything is unclear.
