Why is my jira form showing server error when i try to save a form?

Whenever i try to save a form jira shows me a server error message.

Hello @Pratyush Singh,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I can see that you have two sites, so in order for us to see the logs on the correct site, can you please let us know if the SEN number of the affected one ends with 80 or 67? 

Since the community is public, you don’t need to share the entire URL or SEN, but with the last two numbers, we can identify it.

Is this error happening on a team-managed or company-managed project?

Is it happening if only Summary and Description are present on the form or does it happen after you add a specific field?

If possible, please, share a screenshot of the error with us.
