Atlassian, come on. OK you are ending Jira Work Management just as I want to add more users to my system. But the process you have for this looks like it is half-baked.
I can't talk to anyone, I can't get relevant information about what the migration from Jira Work Management to Jira Software actually means. All your staff are hiding behind screens avoiding talking to anyone. It is a very poor user experience.
Hi @Marcus Webster and welcome to the Community!
Adding to John's input on the short term impact of the merge of Jira Work Management and Jira Software, let me share some important resources and highlights;

Hope this helps!
Hi Marcus - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Calm down Marcus haha - it's going to be okay.
It's a name change with very little impact on the current Jira Work Management product. There is no migration that is needed or will happen. Your current projects will show up as Business project - which, by the way, already do.
