Unable to change Values

Hi team,
I am not able to change values in any of the Jira.

I have user admin access role, I have checked everything, I do have project rights wherever i am trying to do  change

(Tried With Super admin access ID As well still facing the same)

Highlighted Yellow are the value i am trying to change it was working with me until yesterday.

Do check few settings.

1. Edit Rights from the Permission Schemes

2. Check the fields are on the Edit Screen or not.

3. Check the workflow properties may be the edit is disable via worklow properties on Closed Status.

Yes i have tried, This problem is only occurring from my END . I have tested with my colleague system he only has the normal user access and still it was letting him do the changes whereas I who has the admin rights is not letting me change.

Check your role in the project are you added as a Service Desk Team or Service Desk Customer?
