Recent ticket is not showing in jira board in jira work management project.

Can you give some more details about the issue? How did you create it? What issue type is it? Do you have multiple workflows on your Jira Work Management board? Can you share a screenshot of your board?

Unfortunately, on a work management project board you can't add a quick filter
The available filters are available as specified here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/find-the-information-you-need-with-filters/

1. Please check if there is any filters added to the board. If yes, remove them and check
2. Reconfirm you have created the ticket in the required project itself. You can run JQL and find out
createdDate >= '2022-08-09'
