I am an ex-software developer who is now working in education. I am looking at process automation for schools. Jira Work Management would work for most requirements I need it for, however I am wondering about whether in would work for a particular scenario.
We need the ability to choose a group of students and send a permission slip home to their parents for them to consent to. The equivalent business scenario would be you want to send a task out to a group of customers and have them action the task. Is there a possibility to make this work in Jira Work Management?
