No Jira Work roles available

Hi, we activated the following Products:
- Jira Software
- Jira Work
- Jira Service Management

I created a Project using a template of Jira Work (Project Management, "Gestione Progetti) and when i involve people i see only Jira Service Management roles and this allocate users on Product (Jira Service) more expensive.

How can i activate roles like Jira Work?

Jira Admin need to create roles first then only you can associate users to that role on the project. What you're seeing is default roles. If you want to associate a user to custom roles, then jira admin should create that role first.
