Jira Work management Board transition highlight

Hi, all.

My team are asking if there is a way in Jira Work management boards to turn on the feature that highlights which statuses you can move an issue to when you pick it up, they have seen this in Jira software and would like it in their work management projects if possible.

I have tried doing an old fashioned google search but have found no answers, so hopefully someone here can say if this is possible or not.

I don't see a method to "highlight" the statuses to which the issue can transition in a board for a work management project.

I did notice that if the column has other issue in it, if you "pick up" a card that can't be dropped in that column then all the cards already in that column change such that all their text looks gray like a disable object.
