In my current Jira Cloud Business project configured for a "list View" I would like to have the ability to select "Product Manager" as one of the criteria for the "Group By" function. Currently, my project will only allow Group by "Status", "Assignee", "Priority" and "Category" via a dropdown selection. Since this a business project tracking list board, I would like to track it by the Business's individual Product Manager. I have added a column to display the Product Manger then apply a number of filters. any suggestions on how to update the dropdown list for the "Group by" filtering feature in a business project?
Hi @Salih Tuç
welcome to the community!
If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a range of advanced features - including support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, sum-ups, or conditional formatting - and works across any number of projects.
Plus, you can group by any issue field(s), including any custom fields (I assume that product manager is a custom field?).
This is how it looks in action:
Assigned team is a custom field. You can also easily create nested groupings, e.g. to group by Product manager first and by Status second, etc.
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes
Hi @Hannes Obweger - JXL for Jira I guess you need to refer @rskillma :)

Hi, @rskillma welcome to the Community!
Sadly, for list view in business projects the only group by fields are those 4 fields, as documentation stated:
All users are in control of how they want to view their work so how you group your list is visible to you only. You can group your work by:
Assignee
Status
Priority
Category
When you sort, filter, or group your list, child issues will stay with their parent issues. The type icons will be nested below each other, so you can clearly see how the issues relate to each other.
