I can't access my dashboard

I can't get into my dashboard to see how projects are progressing. I keep getting a screen with two little people trying to plug in two electrical cords that says:

"You're Almost There. 

It looks like our database is taking a little longer than usual to sync up. Wait a few moments then try again.

If you continue to see this error, raise a support request

Try again"

Hi Matthew - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

My first thought is to log out of Jira and back in to see if that solves it.

If not, try clearing your browser cache and' history. 

Or try another browser.
