How to Send stage change mails to Group/User

Hi
As we are Dealing with many current projects and Plan. how do i configure the setting with which Every/Certain stage change mails can be automatically generated and send to Dedicated User/Groups.

you can draft an email and send it to the dedicated users/groups when certain event triggers through automation rule.

In Jira cloud, you can configure both project level and global instance level automation rule.

1. To do so, please go to automation section in Jira and select the trigger on which you want an email to be sent.

2. choose a condition if you want to trigger the event based on certain conditions.

3. You can select an action to send an email, search for the users/group you want to send it to, and draft it with the message you want to send.
