How to Give access to anyone for first level Approval

Earlier i used to give approvals now i want some another person to Give approvals on that RFCs

Approvals are included only in the Jira Service Management and not Jira Work Management. What exactly is that you want to achieve. If this is high priority, you could spend a few more mins of your time to provide us with enough details, so that we can help you.
