How the admin status (Jira Work Management) can be transferred to me from a colleague?

My colleague is the Jira Work Management admin in our company. The colleague no longer can fullfil this duty. I want to figure out how he can transer his Jira Work Management admin status to me so that I fullful this function in our company.

Hi @sergeyt ,

the current org admin can do the following 

• click on the cog icon in upper right
• select user management 
• locate your user and click on Show details 
• click on ellipses and select org admin permissions

If you don't need full Organization Administration access then an existing Organization Admin or Site Admin can grant you either Jira Administrator access, Site Administrator access, or both.
