How do I change a job title attributed to a team member?

I added a new user and it seems a job title - 'Sales Manager' has automatically been attributed to the profile....I need to change this, but cannot see how.   I did not attribute the title, nor had the option to do this when I set up the new user.

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

What steps did you take to create this user? Do you use an IdP to provision users? Have you claimed domains? Is the account a managed account synchronized with your IdP?

If it is a managed account synchronized with an IdP, then the data is likely coming from the IdP and needs to be corrected there and then synchronized to Atlassian Cloud.

If it is not a managed account that your company owns, then somebody will need to login as that account and update the Profile directly. Updating the profile of another unmanaged account is not something that can be done by Organization administrators.
