Create tasks in pop-up window

Is it possible to open full pop up task creation window when pressing "+ create" button from board view of project?

Our problem is when tasks are made that way, some notifications and processes are not working properly, because task created "blank".

No, that is not possible. The user would need to click on the blue Create button. It's still just one click - whether they click the + button or click the Create button.

If tasks are being created with blank details, then you may want to start adding in some validators or field configurations to ensure certain fields are filled out. This would avoid bad tasks from getting improperly created.
