Hi guys, is it possible to change the status to closed in a project without having to put it in the trash? In this way I would have the exclusive visibility of active projects
Projects do not have a status themselves, but there are a lot of ways you can set them to be "closed".
Putting them in the trash is one way to do it. But most of us use "archiving" - either the built-in function available to upper level customers, or by having an "archive" permission scheme - one that probably says the only thing anyone can do in the project is view it (so you can still report on it), and possibly limits that permission to only those who really need to see it for reporting.
In our company we have a standard account is it possible to archive projects?

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's only Premium and Enterprise customers who can archive.
If you go to Admin -> Projects and look to the left, you will see the menu manage / categories / trash / archive. If there's no archive there, then no, Standard doesn't have archiving.

Hi, We have the menu but we don't understand how to archive the project and make it go inside the container. When we search for all the projects we do not want to view the archived projects and in this way we are also able to speed up the indexing of active projects

A sorry, yes, you don't actually click that archive link - it takes you to the archives!
Go back to the project list and use the "archive" option in the tools menu to the right hand side of your project (the ... thing)
