Can I map multiple workflow statuses to ONE column in Jira Work Management?

Title says it all: Can I map multiple workflow statuses to ONE column in Jira Work Management?

Furthermore I'd like to know, whether I can configure a Jira Work Management board in any way like I can configure a board in Jira Software. Can I create filters, swim lanes, card colors, card layout with the issue attributes?

JWM boards are not configurable that way, they take their columns from the project workflow, and they don't have any of the functions Jira Software boards have.
