Hello @Alyssa Hill

Your rule says it will be triggered when the issue is created.

The audit log indicates that the rule is created and the first condition (Issue Type = [System] Change) is passed.

The audit log then indicates that the next condition does not pass; Status = Publish.

To what status is the issue set when it is first created? If that status is not "Publish" then the rule can't get past the second condition.

Can you show us the workflow for that issue type?

Hi Trudy! Ah, that makes sense. Thank you for pointing that out. I was able to resolve my automation rule by updating accordingly.
