Hi,
I have a warning about automation usage which I was not expecting. I have created a site with only a single project for my wife and I to use as a todo list/task board.
I thought that the 100 message per month limit only applied if there were multiple projects in the site. I do have another site on the same account does the limit actually apply if there is more than one project per account (not site)?
Thank you
Hi @Peter Lloyd ,
that was the old world order. This has now changed to be 100 rule executions per month on the free tier, regardless of whether it is a single project or multiple project rule.
FYI, my suggestion would be to look closely at your rules and try to optimize for conservation purposes. Generally speaking, there's often more efficient ways to consume automation.

Hi @Jack Brickey , thank you for the reply :)
I feel I have been led on under false pretenses... the change plan page says single project automation is unlimited. I don't mind paying for it on the other site/project where there is a business case but this one was for our weekly shopping list. is there anything that can be done?

Hi @Peter Lloyd , can you share a current link to that image? Here is what is on Atlassian's site - https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/pricing
if you share your rule and the use case maybe I can offer a solution that keeps you under the 100 limit.

Hey @Jack Brickey
Sure, it's the page that is displayed when selecting 'Upgrade' in the billing console for Work Management.

I've removed the id's which identify my instance.
