Trying to delete (suspend) old inactive accounts, I have accidently suspended account that we need. Now, I am trying to activate it again, and system doesn't allow to do that. What are my options?

have you tried simply adding the user back into a Product Access group?
Otherwise - where are you trying to cancel the suspension and what error message are you getting?
Now everything is fine. The "Invite Users" option, which previously gave an error, now worked correctly. Perhaps I just need to wait a little.

Glad to hear it's working correctly now.
Previously I faced similar issue, seems like the system takes a while to refresh in their backend.
Would be fantastic if we have a undo button for these scenarios
