In my company, we are working with Jira cloud for our R&D cycle. we've created for each product we are working on a company-managed project.
For each product there is a version set to it, and we have R&D cycle where stories, tasks which are part of a version will go through. from R&D backlog to QA verification.
A version is signed-off once all its tickets are closed and verified by QA.
Once a version os closed we are now waiting for the OPS team to verify and approve the version in order to deploy it to our production site.
Today, the OPS team receives the set of the closed stories QA has already verified, the list of stories are given as part of list in confluence page.
I'm wondering if there is a better solution to the process we are working on. Ideally, i would like to have a place where i can assign task to OPS member, track its status and see once it was confirm by the OPS team. I don't want to use the R&D project and board for that.
